Vaughan is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and the founder of both Tax Solutions Alliance (a firm that specializes in IRS Tax Resolution) as well as the owner of Ally Tax & Accounting (a firm that specializes in small business taxes and accounting). Vaughan is based in Richmond, VA.
Vaughan was mentored in the world of the IRS by a former IRS Revenue Officer and the two of them worked many cases together over the years until his mentor retired in 2019. Vaughan has previously taught for the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents (VASEA), Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA), the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), CPA Academy, CPA Practice Advisors and is currently in his 3rd year as the Director of the VA Tech Income Tax School for whom he has also taught for the past 9 years.
Vaughan has been married for 25 years to his wonderful wife and has 2 great children, a son and a daughter.

Member pricing applies to NAEA and VASEA Members, Associates, and current VASEA Annual CE Pass holders, and their staff. Staff are only eligible for VASEA member rates if registration is paid for by a VASEA Member, Associate or current CE passholder.
Additional Administrative Fees
Please review your registration information for accuracy BEFORE completing payment. A $25 administrative fee will be charged in all cases where the VASEA office is required to make edits to your registration for payment or CE credit, including inadvertently paying the non-member rate and requesting a refund, inaccurate PTIN entry, or misspelling your name.
Phone or Email Registration Options
There is a $25 additional fee for registrations taken over the phone or via email.
Refund Policy
No refunds. Substitutions are allowed if received 48-hours prior to the start of the webinar. “No Shows” forfeit their fees. All registrants receive a recording of the webinar whether or not they attend.
Cancellation
VASEA reserves the right to cancel any program or course for circumstances that are not under direct control of VASEA. If a course or program is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email at the address listed on their registration form.
