The Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents is a professional association made up of 400+ tax professionals, primarily enrolled agents.

Who is eligible for membership?

Member

Membership in the Society is limited to individuals recognized by the United States Treasury Department as Enrolled Agents in good standing. You do not have to be a member of NAEA to join VASEA. Please note that NAEA no longer remits dues to state affiliates, so you must register your membership with VASEA separately. Enrolled Agents may join VASEA by completing the application and paying the designated fee listed below.

Associate

Any individual not eligible for membership as an Enrolled Agent may be eligible for Associate membership, with no voting privileges. Associates must abide by NAEA’s Code of Ethics and CPE requirements. Any Enrolled Agent or other individual who has been removed from practice under the provisions of Circular 230 will not qualify for Associate status.
