Cancellation Policy

VASEA reserves the right to cancel any program or course for circumstances that are not under direct control of VASEA. If a course or program is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email at the address listed on their registration form.

If you need to cancel your registration, contact the VASEA office in writing at least 14 days prior to the event.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be honored if written notification is received at the Administrative Office at least 14 days prior to the event. A processing fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will not be accepted. Substitutions are always allowed for in-person registration. Substitutions are allowed for webinar registrations if received 48-hours prior to the start of the webinar. “No Shows” forfeit their fees.

Administrative Fees for Registration Information Edits 

A $25 administrative fee will be charged if VASEA has to make edits to your registration for payment or CE credit, including inadvertently paying the non-member rate and requesting a refund, inaccurate PTIN entry, or misspelling your name.

Administrative Fees for Registration Over the Phone

A $25 administrative fee will be charged to register over the phone versus online.
