VASEA 1-Day Fall Education Seminar

Join us for our 1-Day Fall Education Seminar for 8 hours of IRS CE.  

This annual seminar enables attendees to interact with representatives from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Social Security Administration (SSA), and to learn details for preparing and implementing their own Written Information Security Plan (WISP).  VASEA will be hosting IRS speakers from the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR), Collections, and Examination.  Our Collections speaker will be Theresa Richardson, Territory manager for field collection Small Business/Self Employment. Our Exams speaker for the Fall Seminar will be Edwin Smith, Territory manager for Field Exam.  Jacqueline Weisgarber, Public Affairs Specialist from the SSA, will provide an update on Social Security and Medicare.  Our own LuSundra Everett, EA, will present on the WISP and Data Security.  We anticipate 5 hours of CE from IRS speakers, 1 hour of CE on Social Security, and 2 hours on the WISP.
