Bob Brammer, EA received a BA in Economics from Richmond and an MBA from Emory University. After spending 20 years in corporate accounting where he became a CMA and CFM, he opened his tax practice in Fredericksburg in 1995.

Bob became an EA in 2004, an NTPI Fellow in 2008, and was admitted to practice before the Tax Court in 2017.  In addition to regular accounting services, his firm does several hundred 1040 returns and over a hundred business returns including estates, trusts, and non-profits. His wife is also an EA and they do a significant amount of representation work including Appeals and at the Tax Court level.

Bob served as Fredericksburg Chapter President, as VASEA Treasurer in 2013 and returned to the Board as a Director in 2020.

Eric Duncan, EA has a BS and Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University. He started in the tax business as a full-time career in 2009 after spending 26 years in accounting and management positions with various companies. Eric is the owner of the Padgett Business Services in Richmond, VA and serves individuals and small business with their tax, payroll and accounting needs as wells as representation before the IRS.

Eric became an EA in April of 2011 and joined NAEA. Eric has served as Treasurer, Chairman of the Legislative Awareness Committee and currently President of the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents. He has also served on the NAEA IT committee and currently on the Government Relations committee.

LuSundra Everett, EA is the owner of Everett Tax Solutions and ETS Tax Relief – both virtual firms.

LuSundra has been an Enrolled Agent since 2017 and has been active in the Enrolled Agent Community! She’s a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents, on the Membership Committee for NAEA, and was awarded the Emerging Leader award for 2021. She has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents since 2018. She is a Fellow of National Tax Practice Institute, and a Certified Tax Coach.

She is frequently invited to teach continuing education on Cryptocurrency Taxation.


Patrick Knightly, EA is a tax professional with over twenty years of tax and accounting experience. He has extensive experience in private and public sector accounting, and has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of a non-profit charity. He currently lives in the Richmond, VA, has a dog named Jojo, and is a die-hard Hokie fan.

Patrick is currently a Senior Accountant at My Tax Pilot in Henrico County, where he spends most of his time working on tax returns for small businesses, small business owners, estates, and trusts, and on accounting projects. 

Vaughan M. Long, EA is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and the founder of Tax Solutions Alliance, a firm that specializes in IRS Tax Resolution as well as the owner of Ally Tax & Accounting.  Vaughan is based in Richmond, VA where he was mentored by a former IRS Revenue Officer with 49 years of collection experience in IRS collections, including 28 years with the IRS and 21 years in private practice.  Vaughan is a member of the Richmond, VA and National Societies of Enrolled Agents.

He has extensive tax and negotiation experience including 7 years with the Circuit City Stores Corporate Tax, Merchandising and Buying Departments before starting his own tax practice.  He has previously taught for the Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents (VASEA), the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), and the VA Tech Tax Conference.

Vaughan is a 1997 graduate from North Carolina State University and holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  He speaks fluent Spanish and has a passion for coaching youth sports and his hobbies include swimming.  Vaughan is in his 3rd year as the Head Coach for Varsity Boys Soccer at Thomas Dale High School in Chester, VA.   He has been married for 23 years to his wonderful wife and has 2 great children, a son and a daughter. 

Carol May is an Enrolled Agent and Certified Financial PlannerTM at Wesling Financial Planning Services, a fee-only financial planning firm.

Carol provides tax preparation and representation, with special interests in estates and trusts, as well as tax, retirement, estate, investment, and insurance planning. Carol is a NTPI Fellow and member of the VaSEA Board of Directors. Carol previously managed physics and software development programs as a government contractor. She earned her BS in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Virginia Tech, MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and completed an international post-graduate fellowship in computational fluid dynamics.

Knox Wimberly, EA is considered one of America's Tax Experts having taught practitioners all over the country. Knox’s areas of expertise include the taxation of clergy, cryptocurrency, foreign earned income, estates (especially on the 1041 fiduciary return), S corporations, and trusts. His practice also includes tax resolution and he is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute.

In addition to his own practice, Knox most recently served as the Chief Tax Officer for Happy Tax (a national tax franchisor). He is also the Tax Director for cryptotaxacademy.com. 

Knox is also a local pastor in the Holston Conference of the United Methodist Church.
